• Shipping details: pickup and delivery ZIP codes, vehicle year/make/model, VIN if provided, condition, modifications, optional photos, and preferred pickup date.
• Contact details you submit with an availability request: name, email, mobile phone, and comments.
• Usage and advertising data such as pages visited, quote steps completed, referring site, and campaign parameters (e.g. UTM, GCLID, FBCLID).

How we use information

To prepare preliminary estimates, review your request, contact you about your shipment, improve our website, and measure advertising performance. Marketing messages are sent only if you separately opt in.

Vehicle photos

Photos are stored privately and are accessible only to authorized Oakmont staff.

Sharing

We use Google Ads to measure advertising performance. When you visit from an ad and submit a quote request, Google receives data about that visit and request (such as the pages you viewed and your ad click ID) so we can measure and improve our advertising. This tag is disabled for visitors in regions that require consent before advertising measurement.
